sexually harassed on the job
In 2005 I accepted a position as a Medication Technician at a facility named Pine Tree Villa Assisted Living Facility located in Raleigh, NC. This facility was very unorganized the then administrator a 35 year old female predator by the name Elliott Armstrong took it upon himself to want to call me downstairs from the 2nd floor to his 1st floor office he claimed to obtain some papers for a patients med chart he then asked me to close the door to his office i asked him for what he then said because the papers were behind the door. So as i proceed to close the door he took it upon himself to close it completely (mind you that i was a new employee and his actions were done on my 3p-11p shift @7pm when the entire front office staff were gone for the day and he had complete control over the 1st floor where his office was located) so he then asked me for a hug and then a kiss i was like no i am shy and he asked why do i make you feel uncomfortable my response was yes because your priority should be making sure that this building is run accordingly. I informed the so-called supervisor at the time of this man's actions and nothing was done i then informed this CNA whom have been working at this place before me and should have known what steps i should take but her response was well maybe he is trying to make you feel welcomed? i said he's not making me feel welcomed by asking me for sex. my motto is why did i have to quit this job that i enjoyed taking care of patients just to get the information to the corporate office? why wasn't this information made available to the staff? why did i have to call the state to ask for the management company information so that i can submit my complaint against this man? why did this company have the opportunity to hire an attorney immediately and I couldn't? i had to wait for the right to sue letter from the eeoc which took 2 years and by the time i received this right to sue letter this company changed management and owners, terminated each and every employee and hired new staff who know nothing about this case the lawyer they hired have ties to the president of the nc bar association here in north carolina and they also have crooked ties to the eeoc and because the eeoc took 2 years to give me my right to sue letter i cannot even obtain attorney assistance the croked lawyer they hired disposed of all evidence and made it so that no lawyer will represent me in this case. go under her website rbh.com under their community section and stroll all the way to the bottom of page and see the crooked ties these folks have with the bar association. however, they tried sending me letters to dismiss the case in which i declined for reason that i will defend my rights with or without a lawyer present. this is a raleigh nc case why did this crooked attorney try to go all the way to greenville, nc to try to have this case dismissed like i am a nobody? why did they allow this crooked lady to move this case from the courts in which i filed this case in and to a court of her choice? i have asked them not to allow this lady to make any decisions without consulting me the victim. its not only sexually harassment that goes on at these facilities down here these perverts also rape the elderly female patients the most recent is at the tammy lynn center located in raleigh, nc. i am not going to bite my tongue on this this is my body and rights that were violated the only difference is that i am able to speak up and the elderly patients are not.

you go girl speak up for yourself you have rights. mainly if this man have other complaints against him with the EEOC
NAACP.. you need back up
Fighting against this sort of thing is like fighting against city hall. There is very little support for someone who speaks up for herself. They are then labeled a trouble maker and their work is picked apart to make it convenient for them to proceed to a dismissal.
Keep telling your story, someone will eventually listen and do an investigation. This is a sad story. I fee sorry for the elderly that are being sexually and physically abused.

You seem to have great intention but it appears to be more to the story. You want to sue for what - your job back or money? If the company fired everyone you are not protecting any new hirers from experiencing the same form of harassment so our ultimare goal is unclear. Focus on educating and improving yourself - including your use of the english language.
